Still Spirits Essence - Vodka Caramel (Top Shelf)
Top Shelf Spirits was created as a line of flavourings for your homemade distilled spirit that were inspired by spirits from around the world. Each flavouring is elegantly packaged in 50 ml bottles. This recipe yields three 750ml bottles.
Caramel-flavored vodka that is rich and smooth. Delicious on ice, in a blender, or over ice cream.
Mixing Instructions
Shake well and add contents to 220 g (7.75 oz) of sugar and 2 L (68 US fl oz) of 30% ABV distilled spirit. Stir to dissolve. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles. Vary sugar to taste.
