Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original artisan packaging and protective padding to ensure it reaches us safely and in resellable condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
